
About Community Teen Wellness Program
The Community Teen Wellness Program is an educational and leadership-based initiative designed to improve teen health and well-being through the six pillars of lifestyle medicine. Participants learn why these pillars matter and how to apply them in realistic, accessible ways. The program is flexible by design. It can be delivered as a multi-week series or workshop model. Lessons combine discussion, interactive activities, reflection, and practical goal-setting so teens can turn information into action.
