The Community Teen Wellness Program is driven by a passionate and dedicated team committed to empowering teens to take charge of their health. Our team members are experts in the six pillars of lifestyle medicine—nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoiding risky substances. They work tirelessly to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all teens.
